The Taos Food Center is a 5,000 square foot, licensed Commercial Kitchen dedicated to food processing and value-added activities that provide economic opportunities to individuals and families.
Started/Developed by the TCEDC in early 1997, the Food Center facilities have been home for over 100 food entrepreneurs and has provided a focus for the resurgence of the local food system in Northern, New Mexico.
