FSMA-Food Safety Modernization Act.  11:10 – 12:00

FSMA standards and regulations for food production, processing and service.  State and Federal equipment standards. 

Product Labeling Requirements. 12:10 – 1:00

An overview of Food Label requirements on food products.

Package, Product Design & Cause Marketing Strategies 2:00-3:00

Class is divided into groups for a hands-on opportunity to develop product packaging designs.  Prepare presentation of food product marketing campaign.
