TCEDC brings back cooking classes to Taos Food Center

On the 21st of December, from 10am-2pm, TCEDC hosted our first Tamale Make & Take Workshop taught by Henrietta Gomez of Taos Pueblo. Students of all ages and cooking skills attended on Saturday morning, eager to learn the art of tamale making for the holiday season.
